What one credit covers

CitadelOps checks supported workflows before release and shows when a game update or service interruption needs attention. One credit runs one hosted account for 30 calendar days.

A credit used during a free trial starts when the trial ends.

Free 7-day trial

Each game account, meaning one player on one game world, gets one free Hosted Ops trial, ever. It lasts 7 days (168 hours) from the first successful game login and doesn't pause, even while the account is stopped. It includes every feature, and the usual safety confirmations still apply. When it ends, automation stops and nothing is charged; use a credit to continue. A credit used during the trial starts when the trial ends. During the trial, the game account can't be added to another CitadelOps account, and deleting it from your account ends its trial for good. Game accounts that ran on Hosted Ops before trials existed count as having had theirs. We may limit new trials in the future.

More than 1,400 automated tests cover supported workflows. CitadelOps follows user-set limits, keeps accounts separate, and gives you control over every task.
